Frustration

Ok, so, everyone, I'm gonna say this once, and, if you don't see it/read it/hear it, too bad. I'm tired of having to chase each person down to tell them what's going on with the server, and even more tired of people chasing me down to ask if server is up, etc.
THIS IS THE REASON I MADE A FORUM. THIS IS THE REASON I INSISTED EVERYONE JOIN THE FORUM.
If you feel you are too good or too busy to log in to the forum from time to time to check out what's going on, don't expect me to be inclined to hunt you down and inform you. I have a life, a full-time job, and, believe it or not, plans and activities that don't always involve a computer and/or a video game.
If you're reading this, GOOD. PM me to let me know that you've read this announcement, and I will transfer your account from the server I've been running to the server that I'm going to have hosted. If you don't pm me to tell me you've read this, your account will not be transferred and you will not get a new one created. If I'm going to put the effort into this to actually work on the game, have it hosted, and make a forum for this, the least you guys can do is check in on the forum to see what's been happening.

Edit: I am adding a deadline as well. If I haven't gotten your confirmation by December 10, 2008, you will no longer be considered a member of my team. I'm sorry if this seems to be too strict, or in any other way inconveniences anyone, but if I'm going to work on this project I need to know who I can count on and who I can't.... and if you can't be bothered to check in on a forum and send a private message, you can't be relied on for any more serious considerations like GM privileges either. I need to know that my team is going to be there for me when I need them, not just when they feel like playing; If you're only wanting to 'play' the game but not to help me develop it and get it functioning, then get ahold of me when I open my server to the semi-public, but don't expect any special treatment. What I'm looking for right now is people who are going to help me in one of three ways: Developing (as in, fixing bugs, modding textures, coding, editing database, that sort of thing), Testing (as in, finding bugs *and reporting them back to me for fixing*, trying different things to see what crashes the server and what doesn't, etc.) and Support (helping me communicate with the rest of the team, helping with the forum/website (when I get a site developed), etc.) If you're only here to play and not to *help*, I ask that you either go back to regular Flyff or find yourself another private server.
Edit #2: Only a few days left, guys... get your messages to me. If you have not sent me a message informing me you read this and of the login info you want for the new server, you will not get an account on the new server. Period. I'm sorry if that seems strict, but, I'm tired of being pulled in 8 different directions by people who won't invest the time and energy to send me a PM.

you may have updated past the correct version

Try and uninstall flyff, delete the directory, then re-install..
It sounds like you have a broken file somewhere.
